The program "Living In the Heart" (LITH) is designed to help individuals reconnect with their hearts and tap into their full potential. By healing and nurturing our hearts from within, we can make a positive impact on the world around us.

Semin is a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner.

Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world.

Using Compassionate Inquiry, both the individual and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.

Through Compassionate Inquiry, the client can recognize the unconscious dynamics that run their lives and how to liberate themselves from them.

Especially in these turbulent times and where there is so much uncertainty we can easily loose our alignment. We need this alignment more than ever.

Kundalini means life energy. The goal of yoga is to unleash this energy. It's not an energy that comes from outside. The energy within us. Over time (with our own timing, with our inner work), our potential within us begins to unfold.
